Use this address for anything to do with the site itself:
- Requesting a new profile picture collection or theme
- Reporting a broken link, missing image, or page that won’t load
- Questions about how to use or save an image
- Feedback, suggestions, or corrections
- Copyright and image removal requests (see below)
Advertising, Sponsorships & Partnerships
If you’re interested in working with us commercially, write to this address. That includes display advertising, sponsored placements, brand collaborations, affiliate arrangements, and media kit requests. Please include your company name, the type of campaign you have in mind, and a rough timeline so we can reply with something useful instead of a list of questions.
Copyright & Image Removal
We take ownership seriously. If you believe an image published on Unique PFP infringes your copyright or has been used without permission, email info@uniquepfp.com with the subject line “Copyright Removal Request” and include:
- The exact URL of the page where the image appears
- A description of the image, or the direct image link
- Proof of ownership or the authority to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your name and contact details
We review these manually and act on valid requests promptly.
Response Times
We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over the weekend or during holidays may take a little longer. If a week goes by with no answer, check your spam folder and then send a follow-up — occasionally a reply gets filtered.
Before You Write
A couple of things that come up often:
Can I use these images on my account? Yes. Personal use on social platforms is exactly what the site is for. Commercial use is a different matter — read the Terms of Service first.
Can you make a custom profile picture for me? We don’t currently take one-off custom orders, but we do build new collections based on what people ask for. Send your idea to info@uniquepfp.com and it may become a gallery.
